Sidonias' School for Adventurers is the formost 'academy' of it's kind - consequently it is a 'focus' of attention and a centre of activity within Annakolia and, indeed, upon the face of the Galandar world itself.

As such it seems 'inappropriate' that it's 'students' should not be frequently observed and encountered within it's halls, drinking, eating, dancing, carousing, training, carousing, dancing, eating and drinking - generally 'living' the life of a student.

It also, to my mind, seems 'unreasonable' that those students should not be able to avail themselves of the 'training facilities' - particularly as a number of characters have previously availed themselves to level 5 (and initially beyond); I believe (though I would seek the advice of Charissa upon this) that characters should be able to train UP TO (but not beyond) level 5 in the donjon or training areas between sesssions. - idealy this should be done with a great deal of RP and during times of interaction with other students/characters.

Levelling 'on auto' within the training rooms should be seen as entirely unacceptable.

Additionally it would not be 'unusual' for students to be allowed 'off campus' to visit the nearby City of Annakol - here they would be able to 'resupply' though the school and the Temple of Mielikki should be able to meet many of their needs.

Note that students SHOULD NOT (in my opinion) enter into major 'gold making' activity (ie gem mining) as your studies (and drinking and eating and dancing and carousing) will simply not allow you the time - though, perhaps, the occasional spot of 'fishing' during leisure time would be acceptable.

Whilst 'in the city' students should be aware of the 'limitations of their status' and refrain from the purchase of 'expensive' items beyond their means - similarly students should NOT carry a 'stock' of items for use at higher levels obtained outside of DM'd events.

Students are restricted in the areas (in the main to campus/Annkol City) in which they may travel and, therefore, areas where such items(highly enhanced armour, weaponry, magical bags, staves etc) may be obtained should be considered 'inaccessible' outside of a DM'd event.

Where these considerations are kept in mind it would greatly enhance both the RP experience of the characters (players) and of the server as a whole to have the 'students' actively participate in 'life' at and around the school frequently between sessions - who knows - perhaps there may even be the occasional inpromptu 'field trip' or, perhaps, a visit to the Shire!

Remember - there is much more to 'life' at Sidonias School than 'simple' adventuring!
