A wandering minstrel arrives at the strange town called Innsmouth and enters the tavern.... The Gilman House.
He finds it odd that the locals all seem to stare at him but he decides that, maybe, they are unused to strangers.... or maybe he is more famous than he realised and they are star-struck.
Clearing his throat and strumming an opening chord on his lute, he starts to sing....

"Its beginning to look a lot like fish-men...."

The poor bard was never seen again.
